Dr. Fred is the author of The Shame Solution: Your Guide to Self-Discovery. You’re Better Than You Think You Are, the first in a “Solution” series of self-help books. The concepts bring fresh perspective to shame-based problems. The exercises are designed to be easy to implement and effective in resolving the issues that keep people stuck in their “jungle.”
A Fair Piece: From Disaster to Doctorate is Dr. Fred’s personal story of his escape from the shame jungle. A Fair Piece is a remarkable story of how a drunk plumber with a high school education became a master therapist with a Ph.D.
Dr. Fred is currently working on The EXACT Solution which deals with healing trauma within a relationship. At the heart of the book is the groundbreaking EXACT Method which Dr. Fred developed and is the subject of his doctoral dissertation.
